THAT’S MORE LIKE IT features 11 songs by Robb Johnson and Roger Stevens. Roger had an afternoon free at Brighton Road Studios and suggested to Robb that they might go along and record something. As Roger said, “I’d quite like to make some noise!” With just a week to go they each came up with five songs, most of them new, spent a day rehearsing and thus prepared, set about recording them LIVE – along with Ali Gavan on drums. They then overdubbed some backing vocals, bass, harp and piano and the deed was done. The resulting album is ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES, FRESH, NOISY and LIVE!
